Your privacy matters for Unblocktalent.com. Hence, we handle all personal data extremely carefully, and want to explain to you how we do this. Our privacy statement applies to all the data we collect and process from our customers and for users of our website and other services. 6. Personal data retention period

We only retain the personal data we process for as long as necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed or as is required under the Dutch Public Records Act (Archiefwet). Your data will be stored for a maximum of one year, if not agreed otherwise or required otherwise by law.

You have the right to view your personal data (article 15 GDPR) and the right to request your personal data to be corrected or deleted (articles 16 and 17 GDPR). You also have the right to restrict processing (article 18 GDPR) and the right to data transfer (article 20 GDPR). You also have the right to object to your data being used (article 21 GDPR). Unblocktalent.com does not make solely automated decisions, including those based on profiling, that have a legal or similarly significant effect on individuals (article 22.1 GDPR).

If you want to know which of your personal data we process, you can submit a written application to view your data. We will respond to your request within four weeks.
